If you don’t already have iTunes installed on your computer, follow the instructions below to download and install the application. If you already have iTunes, skip to step 6, and follow along from there.
Open an internet browser and enter www.apple.com into the address bar.
On the Apple website, click on the “iPod + iTunes” tab at the top of the page.
In the blue bar below the tabs, click on the “Download” link.
On the “Download iTunes” page, choose your Operating System from the options available, and click on the “Download iTunes” button (it is unnecessary to provide your email address).
Click on the “Run” button from the download dialog and once the application has finished downloading, follow the instructions through the installation (this step may take a little while).
Once iTunes has been installed, open the application and click on the “iTunes Store” link.
Under the “iTunes Store” pane, click on the “Podcasts” link.
Under the “Quick Links” pane on the right-hand side of the page, click on the “Power Search” link.
In the “Title” bar, type in “Serenity Vibration Healing” (without the quotes) and click on the “Search” button.
Below, in the search results pane, find the Serenity Vibration Healing® and Path of Mastery podcast and click on the “Subscribe” button.
iTunes will automatically download the latest podcast. If you would like to download the previous podcasts, click on the “Podcasts” link under “Library” in iTunes.
Find the Serenity Vibration Healing® and Enlightenment Technique podcast in the list and click on the arrow to expand the selection. You should now see all the podcasts available for download. Click on the “GET” button next to each podcast you would like to download. Since most of the podcasts are about an hour long, they may take some time to download, but once they’re done, you can listen to them any time you want from your computer or iPod.
Each time a new podcast is available, iTunes will download it automatically. To receive an email every time a new Podcast is available, go to the Serenity Vibration Healing® website and click on the “Join Mailing List” link to submit your email address.
If you have any difficulty locating the podcast after the program is installed, open iTunes and click the following link:
By clicking on the above link while iTunes is open, it will automatically send you to the subscribe screen for the Serenity Vibration Healing® Podcast.
If you own an iPod, you can sync it with your iTunes and take Jill Marie with you while you are out and about and away from your computer. iPods can generally be purchased at most technology stores or from www.apple.com.
